Manual Prep for Runners - Ankle Retinacula / Crural Fascia

I’ve always loved running. I get in the zone and use my entire body. But after years of chronic ankle pain via gymnastics, I developed thought patterns surrounding their weakness and inability to support me for intense runs.

Then came massage therapy. One of the first courses I took was by Til Luchau regarding the anatomy of the ankle and helpful myofascial therapy techniques around the ankle joint. My mind was blown.

As a massage therapist, I hope to provide others the education and awareness surrounding their own bodies. It has benefited me unlike any other study.
